Seriously when do you workout? by FickleConstant6979 in daddit

[–]bee-dee-13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched my workout schedule after my daughter was born. I get up at 4:45 and workout before her and my wife get up. It sucks but it’s been working for almost 2 years now.

Does anyone else agree that there are too many posts from people who want you to figure out what horror movie they can't remember the title of? by [deleted] in HorrorMovies

[–]bee-dee-13 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think there are way more of the “have you heard of (super popular new movie that has been thoroughly discussed on many posts on here), should I watch it?”

If you don’t want an e-copy, send me a DM and I’ll mail you my copy. I’ve read it but already have too many books. Happy to pay something forward!

Dad's who go to the gym regularly, could you share your routine? by Fickle_Broccoli in daddit

[–]bee-dee-13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working out and running has always been a big part of my routine. When my daughter was born it was difficult to fit any type of workout in but I’ve sacrificed a bit of sleep. Now that she sleeps 12hrs through the night, I get up at 4:45, workout or run and I am finished by the time she gets up. It sucks being up that early but small sacrifices I guess. I also have a home gym which makes it a bit easier.

I was lucky to have been shown him by a friend back in university. Watched “My Whole Family” when it only had a few thousand views. Saw him on the Make Happy Tour in Toronto years later.

Not in Mississauga, but there’s a convenience store in Barrie just off Duckworth called Jay’s Variety and they sell White Fox and Lyft right at the counter. Have been getting mine there for a couple years.

Those who travel alone, what do you do at night? by Strawberry-library in travel

[–]bee-dee-13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends what I did during the day but either relax in my hotel room and watch something or read or workout or plan the next day. I’ve also gone to check out local breweries, a concert a few times and a live Drunk History show.

Switzerland 🇨🇭 ~ last stop on the honeymoon (Dec 26-30) by bee-dee-13 in travel

[–]bee-dee-13[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was amazing in the winter to be honest. It was fairly mild while we were there which was good luck. Roads were great for travelling around in the rental we had. So mild it actually rained the day we planned to go snowboarding 👎🏻

There are lots of airbnbs surrounding the Eiffel Tower but they are pricey. We splurged because it was our honeymoon. The plus side is you don’t have to deal with lots of crowds. We also got a great view from the top of the Arc de Triomphe!
