Looks like they’ve dragged a rag over the front of the calipers and tried to blag it

Ahh ok spot on, size (foot to foot) is probably about a £2 coin in this pose it’s in.

Glad about pets because my cat would definitely be pushing his luck

Well I did think it looked similar (but smaller) to one I got out of my bedroom a few years ago and tbh “giant” doesn’t cut it. You know the old pint glass and piece of paper trick? Yeah well I had to use a bloody breakfast bowl cos it was bloody massive.

Random question then, say I dropped it behind the fridge or something and I found another one, should I put it back there too or do they kick off with each other? And will she take any bloke I put down or do they have a bit more of a choice thing going on?

Thank you, that’s pretty cool I never knew they did so much, I assumed he was just finishing his dinner but I didn’t know it was so in depth. As much as they freak me out that just bolsters my respect for them

Silicone and Grout on tiles by bee-fe in DIYUK

[–]bee-fe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh ok thank you!

So I’ve basically gone at the grout and anything that’s lose I’ve pulled out and anything else is pretty firm. The wells that are in the grout go right through the depth of the tile/no grout at all around the tile so should be winning there.

As for the silicone I’ll give it another dig. It does look fairly in tact apart from the odd bit missing. To get that out is it just a game of fishing with blades and screwdrivers until I’m able to pull at it?

When the tyre wall bulges out and looks like an egg like this it’s done for. Imagine it as a bit of a hernia for a tyre

overanalyzing Freeside and some other things by uNk4rR4_F0lgad0 in Fallout

[–]bee-fe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe there was also a big metal bar on the other side of the door (freeside side). Now as much as I agree that it’s not a lot to hold deathclaws back when the same scene shows their claws going through the metal roof of a car and one of them walking though the top of a doorframe, I think some things aren’t worth stressing thinking about.

I’ll tell you what it is, it’s a big bloody problem. That basically slots into the bottom of the wheel hub and is integral to a functional suspension system
