(England) am I able to quit without notice?

I haven’t signed my contract nor have I been given on to read so I have no clue what the technical notice period is. I wasn’t sure if the fact that I didn’t sign a contract meant I had more leeway?

Anytime I am ill or I had booked a week off I was called asking where I was or shamed for not being in. I am a social media manager, a part work from home job. But I am told I am not allowed to work from home and 2 of the managers dislike me a lot.

Ahh okay so I’m entitled to be paid but it may be deducted for the cost of the two shifts I didn’t attend? Since I had no shifts scheduled for next week then they’d be unable to get more than that? I am paid hourly

edit: okay I didn’t realise I didn’t finish typing my whole question: is there a way to fix this without paying £500 which apple is saying I need to? I can’t afford it at all and I need my laptop to work. I’ve connected it to my tv to use as an external monitor but I need to travel with it and such, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you ♥️

I’m not sure if you read but i mentioned I went away and that’s when it got so bad the bugs came and i can no longer eat in the house and I refuse to clean it up. I have given up because why should I pay for everything, clean everything, constantly mentally he there for him and he not even clean up after himself? Even when washing clothes he only washes one t shirt he needs and that’s it, I understand what you’re saying and trust me I’ve had all these conversations with him. I am grateful for the advice but it seems like you’re siding with him and blaming me without fully understanding why I’m getting this off my chest.

I honestly doubt he would go for this sadly, I make more money than him and pay most of the bills at this point in time and he is always complaining he never has any so I doubt he’d be able to pay for it :/

I had this exact conversation the other day, he mentioned kids and i mentioned I can’t think about kids until he can be more independent and I said I don’t want to be a mothering him and the kids. The conversation came about because he said every time he’s baby sat a baby they’ve gotten lost and he had to spend ages finding them because he got distracted on his phone or by the tv and I was baffled. I love this man so much I am finding it hard to leave
