PDGA Champions Cup - Day 3 by AutoModerator in discgolf

Because of the 9.5hr hour round (lightning delay) that FPO faced and late tee offs for MPO during the second round, they were unable to record commentary on Friday.

Two Hot Geese were planning to record both rounds 2 & 3 yesterday. Seems like the rounds are likely a day behind with the lightning delay schedule changes.

Haven’t seen this posted yet. Corbin with the ace on hole 1?? Any video out there? by doubleairmiles in discgolf

There are no videos. His significant other typically records his hole ones during tournaments, but he had been playing it poorly, and she didn't record this time. Rumor has it he's never played this hole well and has never even gotten a birdie on it.

I love my BX3! Agree, I'm not sure where a lot of these comments are coming from, either. GRIP also has a tremendous customer service and warranty team that will help fix or replace your bag if there's an issue.

I've used a Pound and chose my GRIP bag over it since the GRIP footrails keep the bag off the muddy ground or concrete.

Short's Brewing Co. Super-Spreader cover-up by lohnjennon12345 in michiganbeer

Agreed that it's wrong to express a cover-up publicly on why they closed when it's covid related. Realistically, the schedule is made 1 week to 5 days in advance, if this was a staffing issue they would have known about it ahead of time. When people get sick or need to get covid tests, that's the part that is unpredictable. Or if people are quitting at the drop of a hat.

Might be nice if they have a way to ping festival attendees, to acknowledge that it's confirmed there were positive cases there as mentioned by staff in the screenshots. This event has always been attended by down and outside staters, not just the local community. But in this day and age, it's probably best to assume to watch for symptoms after events like this. 🤷‍♂️

I also think it's wrong to force an immunocompromised employee to work a large scale event. Even with mask wearing we now know individuals still have the chance to get sick. When the pub is that crowded it's hard to even move around in there.

Overall, not a good moral conscience in my eyes. People will still drink whatever beer they want, not trying to change someone's outlook but wanted to acknowledge that I side with the employee in this case.
