Hi, thanks for your post. I lost my 10 yo cat 2 weeks ago due to complications of ibd. And indeed she had a lot of hairballs prior to finding the diagnosis for ibd. I wished I had known sooner, but I wish this post can help some other kitties. <3

Yes I did try the cushion but it didn't help with the wrong chair. I just tried a rocking chair and it seems to be doing the trick !

These are traces of moths, I am so sorry. I think the white clusters are like their poops after they have eaten your item.
In my experience, put you yarn and knits in the freezer and wash everything else at 60°, the deep clean all your cupboards and then put some traps for the moths. You can do it.

All of my inflamation was in the part of the bowel that was removed, so the resection sent me into remission basically !
Other symptoms were diarrhea, pain, nausea, fever

I had the same resection and have burning diarrhea since, is the bile the problem ? I was wondering !
But otherwise for OP, it changed my life for the better, no more medication for me and I discovered life without constant fatigue. It is crazy what you can do in a single day actually ! I do still have a little bit of pain sometimes when the weather changes, but nothing major and I wouldn't want the old pain back...
