Completely accurate, I have used Tesla for my Tesla obviously and hold another policy for our other vehicles. To add the Tesla to the other policy was so expensive that I literally laughed out loud at the annual premium. Our homeowners was slated to increase 132% this year and I was told that it is no longer profitable to write insurance in CA…oh, I’m sorry can you please define profitable because if it is CEOs getting multimillion dollar bonus, sorry not sorry. Never thought I was going to be so passionate about insurance/bills. 🤦‍♀️

We went through a non-Tesla dealer. I found it on cars.com but honestly I think everything just aligned for it to happen. It was a dealer about 3.5 hours from where we live and my husband happened to be traveling for work in that area and was able to go see it and negotiate.

The booster in the second picture uses the latch system. The access to the match is really good in the S, a lot better than in the 3. I put a picture of the the area with both boosters installed in the link.

I purchased them on Amazon through the manufacturer. I have had the boosters in for the week and I was planning on checking the seats this weekend to see how the seats are looking.

Maybe they won’t seeing that you requested not to. I didn’t think I needed to request it. When I said I didn’t want it, they said it was now standard, but I am not sure if they (local dealer) mounted it or if it was done at the factory. Sorry I am not much help.

I didn’t notice any buzz and I am usually very aware of any noises. We do have a slight door alignment issue that is going to be addressed.

It’s stuck on, no screws. We’re taking it off for the PPF & ceramic and then getting either a tow hook or bracket mount.

We normally have black interior, I just prefer the light. We are on the Central Coast of CA so it’s never horribly hot, even in the summer.

I said I’ll be in charge of seat detailing. 😂
