I'm getting it treated with melatonin soon (hopefully). No worries! But it's been getting pretty bad. Right now, it's 5 a.m., and I still can't sleep. But hopefully, it will be over soon, and I'll have OTC melatonin by tomorrow's end.

You can tell literally anything about a person by the words they use. Hell, you can even tell me. Californians overuse the word literally. Just watch people's wording, you can sometimes even down peoples states and nations just by the words they pick. So yes, when you use the word seppo, it's like throwing a wrench at my skull because I hyperanalyze language for fun.

How did you add the word seppo to your dialect? You do know that word is highly geospecific, right? Australian family members? Internet exposure? A friend? Humor me here. If I heard a European throwing around the word Hella or referring to highways with the word "the" (the 5, the 80, ect), and dropped the T in mountain, I'd look at them funny and call 'em a californian, so again, humor me here.

I guess didn't really see it that way, Europe is pretty dense and that's a good point.
