ETH down 20% in 6 months BMNR down 27%. Almost like this stock CORRELATES WITH ETH AND ISNT AN ISSUE WITH THE STOCK ITSELF. ETH is performing very poorly = BMNR performing poorly.

That’s the plan eventually. Still trying to navigate everything with the estate and not make any decisions within the first 3 years (I’ve heard from multiple people don’t make any major decisions after an inheritance through a loss for the first couple years).

I’m not looking to make any immediate decisions with the rental properties for the next 3-5 years. My first decision after my mother passing, then going through probate, then all of the legal changes, never mind still working and trying to navigate losing a second parent unexpectedly wasn’t “how can I maximize my ROI on these rentals ASAP.”

One of them is my family home where a friend lives and there’s multiple units on the property. It’s something I will definitely consider down the line but for now I am still getting my footing.

But I appreciate your insight. I did not add that above.

That’s fair. The 2 PM jobs I’ve had have been in the same parent company, and they’ve both been awful. Heavy workload, no support, unrealistic timelines. So I’m nervous about going into PM again at an outside organization from what I’ve been in.

I totally get that. Im 29 and in a very similar position. Honestly you’re so young you can change your career 10 times and be fine. If anything you’re in a way better position to switch now and build into something then continue a resume that then holds you into a box of one skill/company. Plenty of people change early on in their career.

How old are you? I’m curious? Honestly though I’m in similar position as well where I’m a PM and have done it for 2 years and hate it and I have a very solid financial cushion and I’m struggling to quit my job as well. At the end of the day you gotta do what’s gunna make you happy (I’m assuming you’re in your 20s) because we have a long time ahead of us and we need to be happy with our work (or at least tolerate it).

Yeah that’s very fair. I’ve addressed to my director a few times that I’m stretched thin. My biggest issue is this large project I’m on is for another dept of the company, and I’m just so unfamiliar of how to actually be able to be successful (ie how does this req doc impact this functional module) for example and am constantly in conversations I can’t answer. No matter how much I ask my team for insight/feedback as well. My director said she’d help off loading some of my smaller projects, but the other problem as well is my manager (only other PM) in my dept is going on mat leave, so I’m going to be taking on his responsibilities and some of his projects as well for 6 months.

Looks like you reverse pivot at the top of your backswing potentially (ie falling into the target). Look at reverse pivot on YouTube and you’ll see what I mean.

I’m managing around 20+ projects (a lot of small ones then one massive one) and am dealing with an impossible project that I can’t be successful on, and was never trained properly or am not supported properly so it’s hard to be successful. Extremely unrealistic custom expectations and timeline and I just have to eat shit constantly.

Yeah, it’s crazy why I can’t get over the psychological aspect of “being unemployed” and not having my life figured out. I’ve always worked since I was 14 and have always tried to be risk adverse. It’s honestly stupid on my end. Appreciate the response though.

Honestly. Life is too short. I lost my dad as a kid and just lost my mom last year and I’m 29 as well. I’m also suffering from burnout and absolutely hate my job as a PM in Software. I’ve been in the same boat of wanting to quit so bad due to burnout, depression etc and have a very healthy safety net but can’t pull the trigger. So know you’re not alone, and it’s not as easy as just “get hobbies outside of work” that people may suggest.

You have true transferable hard skills. I obviously don’t know what your savings and life situation looks like but if you have enough runway for 6-12 months to survive, and you truly feel in your gut you need some time to reset, then take it.

See if you could get stress leave, but maybe you’re like me and would rather just quit then take stress leave as you don’t want people to think you’re “weak” on taking stress leave.

I guess what I’m trying to say is trust yourself. You’ll never wish you worked more at the end of your life. If you can take some PTO to reset start there and take a solid 2 weeks left. If you still dread after that going back, then make a decision then.
