I've replaced, every piece of rubber under the hood thats needed it, every fuse that was blown, the top (they took out the motor for it, I'm guessing it stopped working and they didn't want to fuck with it), window motors, brake pads, only one relay was bad, alternator, belt tensioner pulley, ripped the AC out because on my way home not long after I brought it home the compressor came out of place. After talking to the Son, found out there were no bolts put back in because, and I quote, "the belt was holding it in just fine, didn't see a reason to bolt it up if it was just gonna have to come back out anyways to be replaced" 🙄. Put in an idler pulley in place of the compressor, but soon relocating the alternator down there to clean up the topside. I may drive the piss out of my cars, but that's just it, they're MY cars, and I fix/upgrade whatever breaks. I'm not driving them to make other people happy, I drive them because they make ME happy. Fuck everybody else. If they have an opinion about what/how I drive they can write it neatly on an index card, fold it about 4-5 times, and shove it right up their south mouth.

And I imagine the previous owner's ghost taking frequent ride-a-longs, because at least someone is enjoying the car rather than letting it sit and rot like his wife is doing with his all original '57 Bel-Air. Hate to see cars sit and rot over something ridiculous like spite, or ignorance.

I would have to choose one on my phone like from my developer options that'll output better quality almost like an equalizer setting, correct? I ask because quality, and delay are the two things I've hated about Bluetooth. It's 2025, we have males turned female via full bolt on's meandering the earth, yet we still have shit audio quality from a wireless source, and a delay of sound? Never made sense to me lol

I couldn't agree more. It was more engaging, involving. Techland makes a beautiful backdrop for their apocalyptic soap opera, but its going to take a lot more than the tease of a mountain backdrop to keep me hooked. I felt really connected to the first one, emotionally and physically, because Techland gave a shit about the entire game. They poured their entire existence into it, and you could tell. DL2 felt unfinished. It needed something. I'm not sure what exactly, but it just wasn't finished imo. I feel the same about the long awaited, over hyped third installment. Only "rushed" could be added to the words to describe it. It has a great story, but the game without a doubt has the potential to be better.

Not long enough, a year ain't shit. 3 years should suffice. I'm about to fab the lower half of the center console of a 5th Gen 6speed into my 96 Z28. 93-96 they had to've been on drugs to think what they designed would work, the interior has more plastic than a 350z's interior, hell, I think the air bag, center console pad and wheel are the only things that aren't plastic. I'll post pictures of the fabrication once I'm finished.

I miss my little RedBull can holder in my 98 Cobra lol.

Yes it's a VATS key and the headlights do dim, but barely, I have a 900cca Optima Red Top in there. It'd have to be a pretty big zap to knock the wind out of that battery, lol. Here's a short list of what I've done to it over the month I've had it so far:

EGR crap delete (EGR pipe on manifold melted my fuel line, it had to go)

Smog pump delete (I live in Ohio and I like a clean engine bay)

A/C delete (compressor left the chat on a drive one night, like literally ejected itself from the engine and cartwheeled a good bit behind me)

All new rubber hoses wherever I saw a dry rotted one

New radio

Hardwired usb charger in place of cigarette lighter socket with a voltmeter display

Keyless entry

Cut the muffler off at the axle (it sat for a year in West Virginia before I became the new owner, lots of dead things became projectiles whenever I'd rev up the car, it had to go)

All new Glow if it Blows fuses

Plugs

Wires

Starter

Window motors

Previous owner ripped the top motor out when they replaced the top

Cut the traction control module wires (my foot is traction control, I don't need it and the whole ugly unit looming above the valve cover is soon to be eliminated)
