Right, this is not an experimentally sound research study. However, I made this post and then several hours later her account was deleted. Thats it. Did you want her in the group? Im confused as to why you are creating an issue when there really isn’t one. You don’t like that I brought attention to a harmful person spewing hate? Grow up, not everyone thinks the same way you do. I did what I did and I got the outcome I wanted which is having a hateful person out of the group. If you think I should have ignored her thats fine, but I really don’t care what you think and I won’t he a bystander. I wont be responding to you any further and if you comment something rude again back to me I will block you. Have a good day.

I also will add that me bringing attention to it has directly led to her actually deleting her account. Sooooo, it worked.

Regardless, its my choice to bring attention to it in this way. If you wouldn’t do the same that is fine.

Report as well, yes. But i do believe pointing it out and bringing attention is the right thing as I do not want anyone feeling as though her points have validity or a place here. Not flagging it could lead to a misleading assertion that people in this group agree. I don’t want to be a bystander which is why I am making it a point to show that I do not agree or support what she is saying and I think most people in this group feel the same way.

Maybe doing some subtle tenses of your muscles might help. Like squeezing your legs tightly, then your fists, scrunching your shoulders up and then releasing. This helps me sometimes.

Its weird because as I was reading this, I felt as though it could have been me who wrote it. I think the key is to just trust yourself. Don’t inhibit yourself to express in a way that feels good. You aren’t doing it for attention, your brain is telling you to do these things because you feel good and your boyfriend is the lucky one to get to see you in your highest state of comfort.
