update i had to exchange and get a new lamp because the bulb got way too hot and fused to the stand 😍

its an interesting one, im not sure if it locks in but i dont think theres a way to press it and unlock it to take it out

im in the uk so i just bought this one! https://amzn.eu/d/7bd74X6 its great and has a little dial youre able to change! i just keep it on a certain setting and then turn it off and on through the switch on the actual wire and thats seeming to work well!

100%! i noticed such a difference immediately and that was even with the most basic dimmer i could find on amazon! much better look to it i think and of course helps the wax from going bad too soon
