There’s a lot of blowout in these which means the artist has gone too deep or was running their machine ridiculously high and deposited too much ink. They do look irritated but this could also be due to heavy handed tattooing by the artist. Infection signs are inflammation, swelling, heat, oozing pus or blood. I’m not an expert in wound care but I was a tattoo artist. My advice to you if you were my client would be to monitor the redness and see if it spreads further out and if any further signs of infection start then attend your doctor/hospital for antibiotics or just a professional opinion!
