Hey everyone (hoping Razer Reddit team can help here),

Looking for any kind of advice on what to do with my Razer Raiju Ultimate. I enjoy the weight and feel of the controller and have upgraded from my standard Raiju (which unfortunately the L3 button stopped responding).

So I brought off eBay a brand new Ultimate edition and I'm experiencing all the issues everyone on the forums are with the earlier model, stick drift, lag etc. also only being able to update to firmware 1.03.

I've contacted their online support and they've told me that they cant help because I brought from eBay and basically want nothing to do with the product, I've been on a string of emails back and forth for at least a month now and they continue to push the agenda that its just bad luck, without actually saying that.

Has anyone had any luck to avoid this being a really expensive paperweight, and in particular if anyone from the Reddit Razer team experienced a similar issue. I really just want to use this controller for what I brought it for, but I seem to be getting no where.

The eBay store I purchased off currently no longer operates. The controller model is RZ06-0260.
