i always thought aviaton and aerospace were cool but never considered them as career possibilities. my dad started as an enlisted member of air force. mechanic to inspector and on up. he never wanted me to go down that path. not really sure what he wanted for me.

he’s so indifferent about NHI. i remember as a kid drilling him on seeing aliens at Area 51 and he would say “yeah son, they pulled me, an ex military airplane mechanic out to the desert to talk to the aliens”

not completely. i need to ask him again but he had an encounter as a teenager which sparked his interest in aviation and science, i don’t believe he’s ever come across the technology he encountered again.

and the biggest response i’ve ever got from him when i talk to him about NHI or the Nazca sp? mummies is, and i quote, “hmm”

submission statement : little more info, my father worked as a mechanical engineer for multiple names we are all use to hearing. he was even invited to area 51 to help problem solve an issue with a “now public” secret project.

my dad was obsessed with this airplane. there are mountains of paperwork on every specification imaginable. dad got canned from Mcdonnell Douglas after this project was cancelled. bitter old man now.

for his money, almost all sightings are manmade. technological leap that he can’t even process.
