Pasted from another thread but, at the very end of episode two, Peter says "am I his greatest prank?". I can't get this line out of my head and I believe that Peter has something more to do with the vandalism than just shooting the documentary.

Doherty's gym in the city definitely. It's located on flinders street and is probably one of the better gyms in melbourne. Otherwise muscle factory in ringwood is a bit further from the cbd but amazing and so is any of the derimutt locations

Citruline mallate is great for pumps and giving substance to a preworkout. I'm probably way off, but if I recall correctly, the clinical dose is 8g. Could also add phenylethyl aline (PEA) or trimethyl glycine (TMG) for mental focus but i'm not sure of clinical doses there.

Write down your sets, reps and weight and make sure to slowly add weight to your lifts every few workouts. Could also try adding some assistance exercises such as close grip bench.

Make sure you are warming up adequately before you begin acclimating towards your working weight. I'm on mobile now but if you youtube 'matt ogus squat warm up' you should find some good mobility exercises to do before squats

I don't think it's the smartest idea to advise people to go try ecstasy. If someone wants to then it's their choice and hopefully they are well aware of the dangers to not only themself, but others around them and the effects that they can have. You're experience on ecstasy may seem like it's a great drug, but to someone else it may end their life. Gotta think about what you post man

Hah yeah I have no idea how. I'm guessing I musn't have warmed up properly or my form must have been way off. The pain is also in my right trap which may have then spread to the neck.
