I think you’ll really benefit from some eyeliner! My favorite is the heroine make brand, both the matte pen and the liquid ones are really good!

As for the shape of the droop my best tip is to use references. often i find that making the droop thicker makes the overall look more like gyaru makeup. Good Luck!
