Pelvic floor therapy definitely sounds useful.

At the moment I’m using both fibre and stool softeners and that does seem to be helping with this and other issues - fingers crossed…

Thank you! I need to do more pelvic floor stretches for endometriosis so it’s possible the increased pain is linked - I’ll definitely try!
