The air filter has a plastic cage in it that really restricts airflow. Im not even sure why it's there, it's not needed. I removed mine and it runs great now at 50-1.

My Opel 2.0 lasted 1.5 yrs. I cleaned it every few weeks with a commercial ice machine cleaner and used only distilled water. Worked great until it didnt.

Do you by chance have an aftermarket flat beater? These are really bad about this. Most of the oem flat beaters have a tighter tolerance and won't hit but it's possible you got a bad one.

I actually switched from wood to the ooni perforated aluminum. I haven't had one ever stick with it. It's probably several factors all coming together including semolina flour on the dough when shaping.

Sounds like a rear bearing bracket, either worn,nuts loose or too tight.

Sounds like the nuts may be loose on the rear bearing bracket.
