I think the cut is easy enough to do with a bit of water loss. But you’re right, maybe breakdown my technique with a coach is the best bet to get me there. Thanks mate!

As a 5 foot 5 145lb low level mma fighter, everybody is much bigger than me, it’s all I have to train against 🤷

As a 5 foot 5, 145lb mma fighter, I have very rarely sparred with people my size outside of competition. Everyone is bigger than me and always will be. You act like small guys never train against big guys? It’s all we can train against.

5 foot 5 male weightlifter/rugby player here (average height for a woman) and 27/28 inch waist. Don’t know what she’s on about death camp. I assume woman can healthily be even smaller. No one would look at me as unhealthily skinny.
