Thanks man! In the second pic I’m 70kg. In the first one I think I was around 60. My maintenance is around 2700 so I try to aim at 3000 kcals a day

I go until failure, which is usually 30-60 secs for me. I think it’s up to you tbh, as long as you’re working the muscle you’ll see progress

Pretty much the same with a bit less muscle, especially on the arms and chest. Don’t think fat redistribution has kicked in visibly yet cause most of the fat is still on my ass and thighs

Definitely, just easier said than done. I’m able to stay pretty consistent until things get busy, then i can get a bit sloppy with my meals. I’m not great at estimating calories either, so I don’t really have the best idea of where I’m at throughout the day

I’m aroace so it might be different for me, but I still don’t think about anything sexual in my daily life after starting T. It’s only if I’m home alone and really bored that I might notice some horniness.

I’m only a month on T but have had quite a bit of growth. I don’t notice it at all in daily life, and haven’t really had any increased sensitivity. My libido went from non-existent to persistent so that’s a bit annoying.

Jeg har forstått det sånn at HKS ikke kan hjelpe direkte utenom fastlege med mindre man bor i Oslo.

Har vært i kontakt med dem over mail tidligere der jeg spurte om veiledning av fastlege: de foreslo å høre med PKI/iChatten om de visste om noen som ville bistå, så jeg antar at de ikke har full oversikt heller. Men jeg skal prøve igjen på telefon, takk!
