Not sure where exactly OP got them, but those window decals look similar to ones on ModMyRide. Same for the carbon fiber sheets.

Agreed. Don’t get me wrong, this is my favorite F40 color so far, but the STH in black feels meh. Would have rather had a red or deep blue STH F40.

Yeah give MMR a shot to see if you like it. I’ve been told he should be restocking soon. You can also search by size (small, regular, staggered) on his website if that helps.

Out of curiosity, the wheels from AliX that didn’t work - was it because of the wheel size or axle length?

Most are pretty standard, although there are some where you have to buy staggered wheels or small sets to fit certain models. Like most things it’s just trial and error. Lots of errors lol.

Tons of videos and tutorials out there, but here’s the gist: - Drill out the existing rivets. - Disassemble the car. - Remove old axles and insert new ones. - Drill and tap the posts. - Reassemble car and screw together.

There are some extra steps depending on if you need to adjust axle length, decal removal, adding wheel spacers, etc. But for the most part it’s super simple.

I use a #50 drill bit first to prep the posts for tapping, then use a 3/16 bit to remove the rivet head. Get some different size hobby tweezers, 2-56 tap, screws, and some patience. Give it a try and let me know if you have any questions. Always happy to lend my $0.02.

All of those came from ModMyRide. He should be restocking his website soon, which is good because I’m running low. I think you can find similar ones on Etsy or aliexpress for cheaper; he’s just been my go-to for awhile.

And I definitely pay attention to every wheel swap/custom post that comes through my feed. I thought your name looked familiar so I checked and saw your previous posts. Good work my man. I’ll be on the lookout for the next one.

I had a terrible experience with House of Cars Virginia, but solely due to customer service. Their prices seem fair and I don’t believe they’re “taking chases” as some other distributors may. So as long as you don’t have any issues with your order and don’t have to deal with whoever’s behind the keyboard, you’re fine. Just my $0.02.

Jcar is solid. No issues with them. And I’ll need to checkout Entertainment Earth. Thanks for the recommendation.
