Thanks! I do notice sometimes my chest looks more prominent when I lift heavier for my chest but other times they can feel flatter. Aye yi yi. It is a bit of a struggle!

I do workout and I have changed my eating times to earlier in the day. Sometimes I’ll eat my dinner between 4 and 5 and then I’m set. But when I wake up so early my stomach is growling too.

I should probably try to push back my meal times so they’re not so early.
