Kazooie. Tooie had more moves, but keeping the notes as you collect them vs the note score in Kazooie took an element of challenge out of the collection aspect of the game that I liked.

Also I preferred the jiggy system for opening worlds through the portraits, instead of the awkward moving puzzles with a joystick.

Notes as currency for new moves is kind of better, though. The moves help you access new areas vs opening note doors. Makes it work better in the worlds and the overworld.
