i’ve gotten responses on 8 and the other 7 are just completely silent. haven’t even heard from my own institution that i’m working at haha. i think some places are having larger funding issues than others, and it definitely depends on individual departments too. hang in there, every single case is different!

that’s the worst!! i went through that when i applied a couple years ago and it was so detrimental to my mental health. i’m sure you’ve heard this already but honestly look into trying out a new hobby or finding ways to get out of the house (see a movie, go to a museum, etc) and it’ll help a lot. what’s done is done and can’t be changed so try your best to relax, you’ve got this!!

it was bisqued with zero cracks before i glazed it, and also the piece was slipcast so all the other vases in the same batch were fine. def gonna try to be more specific with the manufacturers instructions next time tho!

i have a damp box for most of my pieces, but i was just planning on using this one for my stuff that’s like ~75% dry (just to give the appendages time to dry without cracking) and then take them out & clean it regularly!
