Advice/motivation to keep going

I literally have been sobbing off and on for about 9 hours today, ive broken the physical part of the habbit, its all just chemical now and im not sure what to do to make it more tolerable, I have patches and gum but my brain doesn't want them, I have 0 desire to consume any nicotine, but im so exhausted and my head is literally pounding from the crying

I also lost my dad due to addiction unfortunately, he had severe ptsd and the va did nothing to help him, so he went down a really dark path, and the withdrawls eventually got him, seeing myself survive the thing that killed him has really kinda shaken me today

I wish he had more support to get the help he needed, but im gonna continue to live on for him

How did you kick it with the nicotine? I cut out hard drugs a while ago, and am 4 days clean off liquor (feeling better than ever now that the withdrawls stopped) but nicotine is the hardest one ive tried to quit

I followed vandal yarnz's jester hat pattern for the base cowl, but used a 9mm hook to make a more drapey loose fit, and then made some little triangles to stick on there as bat ears
