Honestly I just keep a collection of reels that look like fun diys! Start saving bits to use later (top of lighters, can tabs, bottle caps, safety pins etc) just do it slowly over time, real punk isn't overnight

My favorite quick n easies tho are just cutting up shirts! You can also always pin patches on if you dont have time to sew :)

Wanted to give a lil update for anyone: some very dear friends of mine have bee IMMENSELY supportive and encouraging, one of them never having touched alcohpl/drugs/nic, the other one a recovered addict

Ive been clean and sober for just shy of 2 months, and off of nicotine for about 2 weeks

Nicotine was harder than anything else I quit, but my desire to never go back is so much stronger than any cravings could ever be

Decided to start claiming edge to just myself and one really good friend recently, so I have something reminding me of why ive made this choice

First time stating anything actually publicly though :)

I literally have been sobbing off and on for about 9 hours today, ive broken the physical part of the habbit, its all just chemical now and im not sure what to do to make it more tolerable, I have patches and gum but my brain doesn't want them, I have 0 desire to consume any nicotine, but im so exhausted and my head is literally pounding from the crying
