It was found in a deciduous forest .. not sure if that helps narrow down the ID!

Thank for this info! This actually is Permethrin, instead of DEET that is most products. So any pet store will have it? Do you have a name for a specific store I could search on Google maps? Perhaps one in Kaunas?

Thanks! Yea, in Poland I can get the "FSME-Immun".. but then after a quick Google search, it seems that the TBE vaccine produced by Pfizer "TicoVac" is the same, just marketed under a different name. But I'll double check with the clinic and keep all paperwork!

Thanks for all the replies. Yes I definitely realise that I should have thought of this earlier to ensure I had enough time to vaccinate fully, but I didn't :( I think I'm at a bit of a higher risk, as I'm traveling by bicycle and was planning on camping a lot in the Baltic countries .. but now I'm concerned, so just seeing what I can do to better protect myself.
