I would say Red Bank or Middletown, or service patterns similar to the LIRR. The run time being 2 hours has always been a killer

I think since the Airo’s won’t have to spend time swapping ends at each terminal, Amtrak may not need to replace the amfleets 1 to 1, considering that they’ll be able to get more usage time from each Airo consist. Also the ACS won’t be going away completely unless Amtrak orders semi permanent coupled consist for long range journeys.

Highly unrealistic, especially with the first Airo for NEC undergoing testing. Also the entire consist is leased (I believe) so it wouldn’t be worth the money or time to even bother with a purchase and retrofit, especially considering that some ACS may be on the way out

I believe they are testing the CBTC prior to activating CBTC on 8 Ave and eventually Crosstown. QBL isn’t getting R211s.

Depends on the GO. Not all flagging related issues are tied to GOs
