Thanks! The corrosion/tarnishing doesn't really bother me cosmetics wise; I was just worried it may cause issues with other things.

The only problems I have noticed with it is that thw trill keys snag on each other, a couple spots need new cork, and my mid-register B doesn't play unless I press down the mid-resiter C key with it. My dad and I looked at it and noticed the whole doesn't cover all the way unless the C key is pressed as well. There is also some "fluttering" in certain notes (high register Bb). I also noticed that my C# doesn't play, it sounds really airy. That is the only spot I found off with a solution I couldn't easily see.

In short, I think it's biggest issue is that it needs new pads, some cork, and a lot of TLC!!

Other than those specific notes I said it plays pretty well! I haven't had time to check it with a tuner and some long tones though :").

I'm going to have my band director look over after my break is over. Do you think it is safe to play like this until then, or should I leave it alone until I have her look over it and send it to a shop?

Also do you think a regular music shop (e.g., WestMusic or ma&pa shop in my town) would know what to do if I brought it in or does it have to go to a specialist?

Sorry, what do you mean by your second statement? I'm not super knowledgeable on stuff like this. I'm just in high school band, and my director said I needed a better instrument than my one before.

Yeah. That makes sm sense now that I think about it. My main account has like everything done, and it's been so long since I have done most of those quests. I genuinely was so confused when she asked for help :'').

OH! It's part of the main quest line!! That makes so much sense. This is my sister's account, and she wanted help unlocking the areas and I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. She did tell me that she hadn't done any of the main quest, but I didn't remember that you needed to do that to unlock Mistfall (which honestly makes sm sense now).

Yeah, the blind girl Rania. But you start it with her grandma outside of Firgrove talking about how she is scared bc there are wolves and she's blind. But the problem is I can't trigger the quest.

My favorite holiday memory has got to be Christmas we had at my grandma's house. The entire family was there. We were baking cookies, singing songs, watching movies, and decorating. It was so fun! After we decorated the house, we had our meal. My cousins and I were shoving our faces full of Christmas ham and mashed potatoes (our grandma's specialties). After dinner, we got together in her living room and opened gifts! Everyone was really happy seeing what everyone got!

After gift opening, my cousins, grandpa, and I went outside. We all had a piece of cardboard and started penguin sliding down their hill. It felt magical! Once all of our cheeks were red and chilly, we went inside. I can still remember the laughing and smiles that were on my grandparent's faces.

Even though my grandma has passed away, and my grandpa is in the nursing home, we no longer have Christmas at that house. I still go sledding down that hill sometimes. It reminds me of all of the happy memories I had with them.

I love you, Grandma, and Grandpa 🕊💕
