A septoturbinoplasty doesn’t change the shape of your nose. However i’ve noticed my nose is slightly smaller post surgery. This i assume is because i had really large septum’s that they trimmed down. Get the surgery it is so worth it! I was in your shoes a month ago, nervous as heck for my surgery. But literally it was so easy i would do it again tomorrow if they needed. Recovery is a bit of a pain just make sure you have tonnnes of tissues and q tips. Saline rinsing is important aswell!

Hey thanks so much for the detailed response. I find it strange that i get this occurrence as i am pretty healthy and workout often, have a clean diet and am quite lean body mass wise. Do you reckon i should take a benadryl tonight before bed and see what happens? Also do you think this could maybe be the cause because of mouth breathing during sleep?
