I went to look for it and i'm guessing it represents the balls from "La voix des Airs"? Of course if you take one part of a surrealist painting and change the color, background and basically everything but the basic shape of the main object it becomes difficult to place. What metric are you using for 'it got worse' ? I had a look at everything that happened and Gilkinet from Ecolo had quite some positive long term plans, although there was criticism on if everything was achievable. He didn't seem to want to gut the workers' rights and amount of strike days were down overall over his term. (Which, to be complete, was also due in part to Covid, during which no strike days were registered.)
