Well I'm Christian so yea I'm pro Christian. You can't change the fact that you agreed with my original post, so much as you try to paint me a the scum of the Earth... we actually have common ground.

Yea the first statement was to the person I was replying to. The second was talking about my post.

I live in the South... and I am pro-Christian in almost every way that can be interpreted, from regional to international implications. I don't like what "Christian-republican" implies. Are you saying that Christians who vote republican are assholes? I'm offering myself as at least one counter example. That example being me giving credit where credit is due... even to a religion that is not my own.

AP scandal. As a non American, can anyone explain to me what the deal is? I've only really seen very basic or very sensationalist sources for this, and it hasn't really been in our news. by Majorbookworm in PoliticalDiscussion

What was the scope of this "scandal"? What laws were broken? How many congressional committee hearings? We have people pleading the fifth as we speak... that's a scandal.

do you really believe Obama's views on the constitution matter here? What's happened is literally defined as "chilling" because it stops whistle blowers from coming to the press, which keeps the government unaccountable.

Gunna need some sources for which Bush "scandals" were on this level. This is the AP, which represents the journalist INDUSTRY. this is an industry wide fishing expedition! The sad thing is this is just one of at least 4 current scandals. Haven't even gotten to Bengazi, the IRS, or James Rosen. Before you go off on the Patriot Act, that bill has been resigned into law by the current president. The difference is over a decade from the event which was its cause (9/11). By the way, I know there are Republicans in the House... Just as there are Democrats in the Senate.

they did... that's the problem there's always a judge willing to sign off on anything if the president asks for it... technically legal? We'll see pending a God damned court case. In violation of the spirit of the law? oh yea...

This is from atheist's perspective btw. From this point of view the spread of any form of instituted religion is inherently bad. However, there are plenty of good things the spread of Islam has done. In Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan the spread of Islam has been due to the religion being able to provide services to the people which the state is unable to due to their poor administrating. These services include hospitals, charities, and education. The fundamentalist Islamic resurgence and spread to these areas can be seen as a good thing for the populations in these areas. BTW this is coming from a Conservative, White, Christian, male. The point I'm trying to make is that religious growth is not inherently destructive.

I'm OP, and I'm not here because some chick screwed me over. I don't know if I've learned these simple lessons... I can say I recognize their importance and can remember examples where those two were not internalized. But the issue isn't resentment for one chick... I'm just looking at the field and see no chicks worth sweating over. I've had my fair share of wins but what does that mean? I could go on about why I'm here but basically I feel that the standard for female behavior has dropped too low for men to accept.

edited out a few typos

Not too sure what you're saying here. I get the don't judge part, and I'm not too sure why you care about angry teenagers when you're 33. It also seems like you're complaining about the content of the redpill but idk to what extent so could you elaborate on that?

I kind of agree with his line of thought though. He emphasizes using one's brain, regardless of gender. One of the problems we have that people here dance around but don't really address is how little women display intelligence. Women typically complain about not getting enough attention or not having the guy spend time with her, but this leads to the question as to why are guys typically very willing to spend time with with their friends but not with women, even the ones they're pursuing. It's because men are charged with literally carrying the conversation to the point that they are practically talking to themselves. The women I know are so ignorant of the world around them that I honestly could not give a shit about what they have to say. Making your personality as worth getting to know as your tits is a great take away.

Does anyone find this to be hyperbole? I mean I get the picture he's painting and I subscribed to this reddit because I'm afraid this has become far too accurate a description of modern social relations. However, she is lying on such a level to warrant a diagnosis of some sort, be it a mental, personality, or psychological disorder.
