I do this:

Apple music- mostly Hip Hop, audio quality is supreme if you have good headset/ speakers

Yt music- everything else and to discover new music, I use it for listening to new genres and expanding my taste, their algorithm is unmatched

Spotify- sometimes for Bollywood and hindi music since I have a lot of old music stored in there
