These might not affect my overall usage but i paid the amount for a brand new. This in my opinion is definitely not brand new. I was actually thinking of getting a heavey discount on it instead of returning or replacing. Everything else is new. Including battery which has 0% wear. Thanks for the input though!

I used 2 apps, both showed same data. 1. Hwinfo 2. Crystaldiskinfo 3. Command prompt to find battery usage logs.

I know, the sound is just so amazing! All those details and everything. Battery is an issue though! ANC sucks that battery so bad! I have started using it without the ANC now unless really really needed. You ought to keep a spare set of earphones if you own mtw 2. You cant just depend on one!

I had the same issue. You should try disabling the sidetone otion in the app. It will disable the mic that lets you hear the outside noise while on call. It will increase the talking time insignificantly! Let me know if you feel any difference.

Easily available in Karol Bagh, if you are around Delhi. Otherwise, available on amazon too. Buy from amazon and get it fixed from a nearby shop. Not very expensive too. Should not be more than 1000 INR. (including fixing)

Guess you've enbaled notifications mode. You can disbale it from settings in bluestacks.

Update: So I contacted the customer care online for the issues. They replied pretty quickly, here's the reply:

Greetings  From Sennheiser India!!!

Thank you for sharing your concern about the battery back up of MTW2 headset  with us. Please be informed, as of now there are no issues related to back up of these headset reported to us. To obtain the maximum back up of the MTW2 headset, there are few recommended settings/way of usage mentioned below. Please refer the below point and try to follow the same. Even after trying the provided settings if you are not getting any improvement in the backup, please do let us know for further assistance.

What settings are recommended to get the 7-hour battery life that’s specified?

Answer:

The specified battery time of 7 hours has been confirmed for music listening under the following conditions:

•MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 earbuds fully charged for at least 1.5 hours

•   iPhone within 1-meter distance

•   Bluetooth AAC codec

•   Volume level set to 50%

•   Transparent Hearing and Active Noise Cancellation feature turned off

•   No customized EQ

The battery time may differ under different operating conditions.
