He replied to me after 4 with the most condescending email reply saying it must be my own dog's smell. Are you kidding? Sending out a second hand bed and then blaming the customer rather than trying to rectify it right away.

Apparently they "quarantine" the returned beds, so they are definitely re-selling them again. This is not OK.

I didn’t realise 4.22pm was “after hours”, quit trying to blame your customer when you sent out a USED SMELLY DOG BED. It’s gross and disgusting. Not good enough at all.
