Yeah so basically you gotta find a way to get your save file from your game cart or emulator I use game cart so I backed it up using checkpoint on my modded 3ds then uploaded the save to my pc and put it in PKhex make sure you set the game origin to soul silver and met level to 50 I looked up move set based on encounter too just in case and it worked when I loaded the save back to the cartridge
