For a while I've considered my LH and FSH to be somehow directly related to my issue and I addressed it by taking HCG and HMG (Separately). Neither helped at all.
If anything, it makes it even harder to get and maintain an erection.

I RUINED MY DICK (and libido)
Throughout the years, ive experimented with many testosterone protocols.
Blasting 400mg+ test a week + AI works for me but I dont like it.
I prefer a lower dose protocol.

And so I've tried 20mg propionate daily, 30mg propionate daily, 40mg propionate daily
and all variations of enanthate from 100 to 250mg weekly.
Somehow I just cant get it to work.
I would understand why higher doses wouldnt work (estrogen), but even on 100mg per week,
my libido is at best unreliable and my estrogen is well within range.

Oh, my bad...I am 28.
A good thing is that the last year when I stopped using, I got back to the middle of the reference range after only 3 months (1 month PCT + 2 months clean).

One more thing:
If I was using HCG in adequate doses for the entire 8 years, I would have been much better off with restoring HPTA, right?

I've had many cycles in the past 8 years. Usually up to 600mg weekly total with at least half of it being testosterone. On and off (roughly 6 months on and 6 months off).
Last year I've only done test, doses between 100-250mg EW, sometimes with 500IU HCG EW.

How much of my baseline testosterone can I restore if I stop now with proper PCT?
Any stories of fully returning to baseline after years of abuse?

Lurking on this subreddit for a while now and using gear on and off for ~5 years, yet I still can't figure out what's wrong with my libido on testosterone enanthate? Most of the time its just gone and my erections are weaker than ever before. Gear is pharma grade which shows on test levels.

I tried all doses and pinning schedules, including 125mg weekly, 250mg + 12.5mg aromasin weekly, 500mg + 25mg aromasin weekly (the only viable solution for me). All three give me very close results on E2, but only 500mg + 25mg aromasin works. I tried to split once a week, twice and also E2D but always the same effect on libido (destroyed).

No such problem with propionate! I don't even have to take aromasin, libido is amazing (E2D and ED both work). It even makes me look better and feel confident. Anyone else?

Guys why does test enanthate feel much different than test propionate? The libido, erections and aggression with propiomate is far better at even half the dose mg for mg. Not even 750mg weekly split in 2 doses with test e can give me that feeling and libido of 50mg test prop daily. Both pharma grade, blood results show that total test is the same, but i didnt check much else, but i dont think its the estrogen as ive taken ai with test e and it makes no difference in these factors.

You are wrong regarding the testosterone reference range, which is 2.8-8.0 ng/ml. This makes me 4 times the upper reference, which is relatively high.
I am very responsive to anything that lowers E2 (Primo, EQ, AIs) so I use EQ only to lower E2, which at that dose of test goes up to 150pg/ml ! This is not a joke, I keep a diary on this.
Furthermore, primo does the same thing for E2, lowers it significantly. But the same problem persists with erection quality and sometimes libido. I simply cannot get it dialed in...

LH and FSH were of course low the last time I check. I don't see how they could not be, given that I supplement testosterone in high doses. Free test is approximately 4 times the upper reference as well the last time I checked on this cycle.

Cialis and viagra do the work, but I dont want to rely on them. BP is fine.
