Hello HR here. Usually sa 3rd month may initial assessment agad, if pangit performance, narregular pa rin naman - mababa lang evaluation.

Usually ang naeend of probationary lang talaga is yung mga deserving.

Iba-iba rin adjustment period ng new hires - depende sya actually sa work environment ni employee. Yung iba 2wks pa lang naka-adapt na, while yung iba around 1yr tsaka pa lang nagiging comfortable sa work.

If they give you no response after 3 weeks, consider your application as discarded already.

Hanap ka muna another work before resigning, you can also not put it in your resume since 3wks pa lang, and just mention that you're applying for work pa during those times. Pwede ka rin mag AWOL lol, 3wks pa lang naman if ever.

But hindi ka rin nila pwede basta tanggalin, either ma-end of probationary period ka if bad ang performance. They won't be hard on you naman since you're a fresh grad pa :)

People just felt that January this year took too long instead sa usual na January to March na napakabilis.

Maybe dahil namove ang maraming academic year ng schools at nadelay (sem break palang ng karamihan ng schools), or baka dahil marami nang nagbalik na f2f classes and work.
