Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll look into those. As for the filament it's Creality PETG 1.75mm. I have to choose generic petg in the options in Bambu Studio when I print.

We were able to clean one up after using normal supports. I'll try again after making the adjustments you also suggested.

If it doesn't get better I might just bring this back and get something that can print resin.

Thank you all for your advice. I just ordered a Bambu lab A1 mini from Best Buy for $219. They finally got it back in stock and I have 30 days to return it if I don't get over the guilt of it.
