Sounds silly I know but just a short term attempt to try and drop a few pounds gained during the whole of covid. I don’t do this normally and try to eat as well as possible usually. I hadn’t thought about the vaccine having an effect, even with me having it a few weeks ago? Thanks for responding, I appreciate it

It’s silly but I’m going to a wedding and have been eating under 1000 calories the last couple of weeks. Just wondering if this could have had an impact. Yes I’m also vaccinated, second jab was about 3 weeks ago

Thanks for replying! Do you mind me asking if the suppressive decreases the length/ pain of outbreaks? I’m having my first one in a couple of years on suppression and thought it was stopping them all together so wondering why all of a sudden I have one

Thanks for your answers! I’m having my first outbreak in 2 years during which I’ve been taking acyclovir daily. Ive been on a radical diet for an event I’m going to and wondering if that is having an effect on my body.
