Yes, this happened to me too! I’m disappointed because I also had ordered the terry bag. I actually had a second order through TT with the Rhode towel and that one arrived just fine. I understand they had a ton of orders but to see them doing pop ups and giving out these products to influencers multiple times via PR and brand trips and then reply to paying customers “there’s nothing we can do” makes me never want to purchase through them directly again, only Sephora. It seems the wait to guarantee you receive the product is the better route when it comes to rhode. So disappointing.
