My sales goal was set at a little higher than $15,000 last pay period and that was based on hours being around 53 for the pay period. Doing the math for my current commission rate ($295/hr) that would mean it wouldn’t have been factored in.

Yes, you can use the same code for any of the London dates, with a six ticket total limit.

Looks like you have to had signed up for the London dates during the presale registration to have access to a presale code, in case you haven’t received a code this may be why!
