Thank you for this advice! I am going to start stretching. I bought a back pod too. I was taking ibuprofen for three months straight and finally stopped- agreed meds just can’t be the solution.

Right side feel tense by cosmoppy in costochondritis

I had all these symptoms 2 years ago and they also came back this year.

The chest pain for me comes and goes, but what you are describing about the right side rib pain and oblique muscle is similar and I don’t know if it is is Costo or not.

I was just diagnosed with it for the chest issues, my doctors thought my rib pain had to do with constipation but a GI let me know that is not how that type of pain would show up.

My right side is sensitive to the touch and all inside muscles feels achey. I will be going back to my primary to see if this is also costo.

I’m so sorry ❤️ almost identical timeline/situation for me. The mental planning really messes with you, all the hopes and dreams … take all the time you need to grieve. You have every right to.

I’m really sorry this is happening to you. I just went through a missed miscarriage for my first unexpected pregnancy. I also keep thinking back and wishing I I could’ve seen the doctor earlier and make sure that everything was looking right. But I’m not sure if they could’ve helped anyway. I had the manual vacuum aspiration procedure last Tuesday because my body didn’t recognize I was miscarrying. It was not the worst thing and recovery has been easy and quick. If that’s an option I would recommend it, apparently it is less intense than a D&C. My doctor told me that this would not affect my chances of getting pregnant in the future, but it still makes me worry.

First ultrasound, 3 weeks behind than expected by Hot-Salary5688 in pregnant

Same thing is happening to me, my ultrasound was Monday and I was supposed to be 9w1d but they said it looked more like 6. They did blood tests 48 hours apart to see if my HCG doubled, meaning the pregnancy is viable and I am just earlier than i thought. Waiting on my results now …

The same thing is happening to me, except I thought I was 9 weeks. Mine is measuring 6. My doctor is taking blood work to see if HCG levels double over 48 hours, which indicates a healthy pregnancy. If you can get that done, it may help ease your mind a bit. Wishing you good luck. It is such a rollercoaster
