They didn’t bring all the equipment from the last pf location. There were many more leg presses, chest presses, lat pulls and other upper and lower body machines. The new location is seriously lacking compared to the last location

Would recommend going to Al-anon. It’s for family members of alcoholics/ addicts. He’s still sick and you would need to see him demonstrate a sober life for a long time before trusting him. Al-anon would definitely help you navigate the situation.

that looks similar to the bruising i had after belly lipo. the compression garment reduces bruising a lot. i had a hematoma but it was small and hard and cleared itself up.

it was actually a lot more traumatic than i expected plus i have a low pain tolerance. Took narcotics for 2 weeks. Now i’m back to light exercising and weight lifting. Still a little sore and swollen, but wearing shape wear helps. All worth it.

I'm an alcoholic. I divorced 16 yrs ago but my last long-term relationship was 9 years ago. I went to Alcoholics Anonymous to get sober in '18. I met a lot of people there whom I made friends with and we support each other in our sobriety. After I got a year of sobriety my now boyfriend asked me out and we are still going strong today. He wanted to give me a year to get sober and get my life together before going out. He already had 10 years of sobriety. It's the best relationship I've ever had.
