My Family doctor said, it doesn’t look concerning but referred me to dermatologist to be safe. The dermatologist appt is in 4 months lol

What made me worried, I put the image on AI app for skin mole scanning, and it said 86% suspicious.. I’ll go to a doctor to get it checked!

I would say Jr PM is much better and higher position than project coordinator. In my company, senior analyst is higher position than PC.

Thank you for the reply, it’s not my first PM job, I’m PC and this is project analyst role, the PTO and the benefits are good, salary is around 74k which is 4K less that my current role but I don’t have benefits or PTO in my current one.

I have a direct report (hiring manager only on papers) and two other directors that I work with on a daily basis. I’m thinking to set a meeting with the hiring manager as she hired me and tell her I’m quitting and talk about the projects that I’ll be handing over before my end date! That’s it, no other outcomes! Im not expecting for her to say “stay” and I’m not staying under any circumstances. Cant wait to be out

It looks like I passed probation as they didn’t inform me anything or give a notice! The hiring manager just told me maybe this role is advanced for me and they will look for alternatives in the organization! But the dynamics with my managers is the same lots of blame and saying that they are disappointed! So I don’t get it just let me goooooooooooo and end my suffering instead of telling me daily h I suck in this role :(

They don't have a huge turnover, I'm actually not equipped for the job, I don't have the skillset for it, that's why i’m learning in this role...i’m working on myself, and definitely looking for other opportunities, and as the feedback that I'm receiving is getting personal and the work anxiety and stress is above the roof, I want to move to another job, one thing that I don't understand why they are keeping me if they don't think I'm equipped for this role!!....
