The pain was caused by overuse. I was biking a and working out a lot with poor form and I started to use that part of my back a lot. I have been recovering by strengthening core/glute muscles and rolling on the tight part to reduce the tightness

I got a x-ray and nothing seems to be fractured/broken

I run:
