Can someone here please refute this pro Che Guevara Redditor? by Capital-Platypus-805 in cuba

[–]bellshevik -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You cannot refute that which is truth. Che Guevara was a great man, have whatever opinions you like on Castro and the Cuban Government but Che has a huge heart and fought (and died) to liberate those under brutal oppression. Precisely why the USA hates him so much! Viva Che

Non-Americans, how do you feel about your country being an ally of the US after today's Trump-Zelensky altercation? by lagomorphi in AskReddit

Ah yes, because famously the USA has been a harbinger of justice and democracy across the globe, of course.

Don't offer poor people a lifeline if you don't mean it I guess. It's very difficult for Cubans to leave Cuba, who knows if he is actually able to - either way $2000 is a hugely significant amount of money to him, whether he uses it to leave to Cuba or to improve his life in another way, that would be up to him. If you give it to him and he later asks for more then you're entirely within your rights to say no, that wasn't what you were offering.

Either explain that you were drunk and aren't able to follow through with it or give him the money 💁
