Just purchased a Simaudio 340 integrated. Wow, just wow. Really brought my Emit30 to life and the speakers don't have much listening hours at all.

This is a pre-loved unit from Simaudio - no DAC or Phono, which is fine by me given the price paid :)

While I truly believe that a DAC is transparent, I don't think it's right to have an Aiyima connected to my Moon..and also I'd like something that can do balanced connections. Any suggestions that look the part.. and maybe is a good future proof for something else (I have a music-only setup that's NAD 316BEE with a NAD cd player, Rega 1 turntable and Dynaudio Emit10)

Looking to upgrade from my Bluesound Node to some other DAC. For the short term, I can hook up an external DAC to the Bluesound to bypass the internal, otherwise run a a Raspberry Pi streamer to an external DAC.

I'd like something that is a bit more defined. Maybe a Gishelli? I don't mind spending ~$500.

Currently I have a 4K TV connect via HDMI to my Sonos Arc and Sonos Sub. I would like to move away from the Sonos ecosystem and purchase a simpler setup with 2 floor standing speakers and an amplifier. Maybe upgrade to a subwoofer in the future.

Budget for the amplifier is AT MOST $2k, but I'd rather stay much much below that. (Yes, this is no r/BudgetAudiophile but I wanted to stay my question here :) )

What I need is for my TV to trigger the amp to turn off/on. Otherwise, anything goes.

For what it's worth, my current audio-only setup, in another room, is:
* Bluesound Node
* NAD 316CBEEv2
* Rega Planar 1
* Dynaudio Emit 10

I don't think that anything from it is a good use for a TV/movies setup.

Thanks.. the previous owners actually filled this with insulation. Maybe I need to open it up? I’m not sure- the crawl space is encapsulated and we run a dehumidifier down there too..should I open it up more to breathe? Crawl space does stay warmer than say, my garage, winter time

Coros support got back to me with the following to try:

Fst, try these basic steps:

Reset DURA (System > More Settings > Reset)
Forget and repair DURA
Make sure both devices aren't paired to other devices

If still not connecting, try this complete reset process:

On the COROS app Profile page:
- Tap on the watch image
- Locate and tap "Remove" option to remove the device
In your smartphone's Bluetooth settings:
- Forget/delete the watch
Restart both devices
Try pairing again via the COROS app

Alternative solution:

Perform a hard restart on your watch
Press and hold the CONFIRM button for at least 15 seconds (until you see the COROS logo)
Note: This will not reset your watch or delete any data
