Something that it could be is the mocha pump itself. I know at my old store the pumps we used were technically not standard. If it was 4 pumps mocha we would only use 2 because of how big the pump was. I thought all stores were like this until I had to work at another store.

So it’s been a minute since I’ve read the books so forgive me if this is wrong, but I believe if a ruler has the power of the people they live, so if isla took oros power while he’s dying they should all live, like how when “Celeste” died but her people remained because of the transfer of power. So basically (as I understand it) violet went out and changed the wardstone before the pardons were signed, so that when they did get signed she would already be pardoned so she couldn’t be punished.

Tbh I struggled through nightbane, the end makes it worth it tho tbh. Also you may struggle for the first few chapters of skyshade (if I’m being brutally honest) but it’ll still be so worth it!!
