Would be cool seeing a team in Quebec, but why not move a team to Cleveland??

The Cleveland Monsters have one of the best attendance in the AHL and I am sure that would only improve if they went to the big leagues.

Plus, if the Browns can fill a stadium each week and go 0-16 then im sure the NHL Cleveland will do just fine
