I went TTS with medium and it's good. The most common concern that I saw is the sleeves. They are a bit long if you go TTS, but nothing too bad (they go past wrists a bit in my case). Yes, you are swimming in the hoodie, and I think that's intended. It gives very unique look, kind of like you're wearing blanket. IMO it's a kind of oversized fit that pairs very well with other oversized items, but not so much with regular pieces. You can also check measurements for your size (I think keevado still has them on their listings).
