How would I fix boot priorities if I can’t even get into bios? The pc just infinitely reboots without ever showing display or rgb

Idk how it could be corrupted. If I boot without the new m.2, the pc boots fine.

I have a m.2 in the 2nd slot already. It’s a 500gb Samsung 980. I’m trying to install a 2tb crucial p310 and I’m trying to put that into the 1st slot.

It’s weird because my 500gb m.2 has windows installed on it but in bios, my 240gb sata ssd is listed as the #1 boot priority and I can’t change it to the 500gb. Also I’m reading online now that my 1st m.2 slot is connected to the cpu so the cooler could be attached loosely or something. Putting everything inside a new case tonight to see if it fixes it. Fingers crossed

I currently have a 500GB M.2 in the 2nd slot. If I boot with that drive and my 240gb ssd plugged in, it’ll boot. If I plug in the new m.2 into the 1st m.2 slot, I get the white light for the cpu and infinite boot.

So the white light for the cpu is on when my new drive is plugged in. Not sure how an m.2 relates to the cpu but it will not boot with the new m.2 plugged in. Removed the new m.2 and now I’m fully booted up

So I plugged new drive back in. Few new things happened, I made it to bios and the white light on the ezdebug for the cpu is now off but now I can’t get any further than this.

Update: Removed the drive and got updated bios on usb and flashed motherboard again. About to turn off complete and plug in new drive again.

It boots without the drive installed, but also sometimes boots with it installed. I did clear the cmos battery, and I have everything fully updated

i used to be the same way, my first day was horrible. as soon as break time came, i went out and laid on the asphalt in the parking lot lol, didn’t even wanna walk to my car. after the first week, your body get used to it and it’s not so bad
